  You need to really think twice before using Dr. Biggs or any of the Drs. at this practice. We are on a fixed budget, so I called before my appointment to ensure they took my insurance and see what my payment amount would be. I doubled checked at the appointment--70%, 30% payment for us.
  
  Then a month or so later, I get another bill from them 50% insurance and 50% payment for me. I called to discuss this. It is either pay up or be sent to collection. So I'll pay, but it is really frustrating.
  
  As far as the root canal, it went ok, but I was there for almost four hours. They are really bad about over scheduling for all of their Drs. That was frustrating as well.
  
  Overall a very negative experience, I would never recommend to a friend.
