My husband and I absolutely love this particular CrossFit gym. In CrossFit you get a mix of people- my husband and I️ are the people who don’t stick to strict diets or let exercising overly consume us or mention that we CrossFit lol. These classes are challenging, you will sweat, but outside of class I️ don’t continue that effort. However I️ have to say the past 2 years at CrossFit has completely transformed my body to the point where my out of town friends barely recognize me and it just has happened for me by attending classes 3-5x/wk which is super awesome because that hasn’t even been my goal with CrossFit just an added bonus. My focus was always more on the mental challenge of the workout since I’ve never enjoyed gym activities prior but Aaron and Holly, the owners, and the whole CrossFit 405 South team makes the experience FUN! All the coaches are awesome to be around, are great at teaching and clearly love what they do. A well rounded and great environment to be around. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun challenge that will yield mental and physical results.
